Welding

We offer advanced welding of steel and metal constructions according to the customer's drawings and specifications. Our partners have extensive experience and work with high quality standards to ensure durable and meticulously executed products.

Processing

Through modern machinery and high technical expertise, we carry out machining with great precision. We handle everything from single parts to series production, ensuring that each component meets the specified tolerances and requirements.

Painting

We offer professional surface treatment and painting that protects the product and provides a high-quality finish. Our processes are tailored to the application and the customer's wishes, with a focus on both function and aesthetics.

Production capacity

We offer comprehensive manufacturing solutions in steel and metal, combining modern technology with extensive experience. Our production capacity allows us to handle both single parts and series production – always with high precision and quality.

Steel structures

We manufacture steel and machine constructions in material thicknesses from 1 to 100 mm, including carbon steel and wear-resistant grades such as Hardox, Weldox, and QL690.

We also work with:

  • Stainless and acid-resistant steel
  • Austenitic materials
  • Aluminium

Cutting

We offer several thermal cutting methods:

  • Gas cutting: up to 160 mm (sheet size 2–12 m)
  • Plasma cutting: up to 40 mm (sheet size 2–12 m)
  • Laser cutting: up to 25 mm (sheet size 2.5–6.5 m)
  • Waterjet cutting: up to 250 mm (sheet size 2–6 m)

Bending and profiling

CNC-controlled press brake

Roll forming

  • Sheet metal thickness up to 20 mm

Metallisation

Metallisation is used to protect steel and iron against corrosion.
Coating is done with zinc or aluminium, which provides very high resistance in demanding and aggressive environments.
